Presented by Mountain Forge
Agenda
Five sessions, twenty-five minutes each, held in the lecture hall while athletes are on the mat.
Who it is for
Girls program or boys program, wrestling or another sport, whether or not your child is registered for anything else that day. If you are raising an athlete, this room is for you.
Parents of athletes registered for the First of Many clinic are already included. No separate ticket needed, just come find us.
Why we run it
Mountain Forge was built on the belief that athletes should learn the tools for healing before they need them. Wrestling teaches discipline, resilience, and accountability. It also brings pressure, comparison, weight management, injuries, and an unwritten expectation to push through without saying a word.
Parents shape how a young athlete handles all of it. Our goal is to arm the adults in a child’s life with the tools to support the whole athlete.
You leave with a one page take-home: fueling basics, the college pathway timeline, and what to say after a loss. It is the page you will end up showing another parent.
Seats are limited by the room. If you know a parent from another program who would want this, forward it to them.
